I ordered a product from their website. The order id was 7940933. Despite their commitment, they sent the delivery very late (I oredered the product on 19th March, I was suppose to receive by 24th March, but I got it on 31st Mar, and that after reminders) And moreover, when I received it, I found out that was not a correct product. After repeated reminders (complaint no #2117600) they are not reverting back whether they will change it or refund it. They are extremely unprofessional. Would seeking a help from you in this regard.
