Fraud Company cheating with customers
Club Group Of Hotels : they have their part time offices in so many places in india. Recently I been there in Pacific Mall and they offered me free trip voucher in lucky draw. They shown me their plans and package about trip. I trust on them and I took the trial package of 16000 for 1 week package. Their sales man are lier number 1. they will commit alot of things with full confident.
One of them is Yeshwant Negi Line Manager.
After paying money, they will again start lying with you untill un less you got frustrated.
My story is like. I had a plan to go Goa and then I took that trail package. they commit me that I will receive all the hotel bookings in one day. I do not need to worry. But that is the start of their fruad. I wait two days I dont received any thing. then called up so many times and Mr Negi told me sir dont worry ur booking is done you will recieve mail very soon.But That is a part of their game. I send mail to the given mail but there is no response. I called up customer care number. they were saying different thing that they did not do bookings. Then I request them to do so. They are also treat same like no response from their side. I called 20-25 times and followed them but finally my planned date arrived and they did not do bookings saying that no availability. but has to send double money. I booked costly hotels at last my self. Then are really fraud cheat fund comapny.
I will suggest every one not do listen them. take my statement seriously. I will take more action against them further what ever I can.
When I talk about refund my money, at the time of bookinf sales man was saying that when you are not satisfied with our service you can get ur maoney from our office in Nehru Place. But now they are saying money can not be refund see the agreement. But at the end they did not do the bookings and also they are not ready to return my money.
Dont go ever with Club Group Of Hotels.. please help me on this I want my money back. and also they did not provide me any agreement kind of thing.

This is really a fraud group...they just take your money and once you deposit money they behave like that doesn't know you...they will show you many pictures, places like we are having resort and hotels there which all are 4/5 star but you never find a 4/5 star hotel in such a condition as they provide you. It's your money so it will be better to invest it for a better tomorrow. They will realize you on very first day when you call them to book a resort or hotel. Also, there is a condition you can't go in peak season (April-June) and Dec-Jan. Can someone tell me is there any other time when you and your family having a vacation to go anywhere.
