depaid 16000 for lifetime membership card. They are not providing services.
Also they are not responding my call. I asked refund for which i havent taken any services.
Also they said its 0% emi but bank has charged me 810 rs
I asked for refund and they said it will take 45 days but it almost 30 days
I asked the status and now they saying not possible

They have said 45 days because customer needs to raise dispute within 45 days against a transaction.
Be alert and raise immediately dispute in your bank. If you do not how, Call your bank customer care they will help you.
Please save your money as bank can refund and start investigation
