Club Mahendra — Decetful act and unprofessional approach with customers

I am o soldier of Border Road Organisation and recently posted at Kargil. During my posting tennure at Jeori (H.P) I joined your CLUB Mahindra Holiday Club (Member ID:2428352) with great joy and dreams to come true. But, l was very disappointed by your unprofessional approach to your customers especially by Mr Gladwin and its team who visited to Jeori (HP) during the year 2012. Resulting I had to discontinue your membership immediately. In this connection I would like to draw your kind attention towards the following undermentioned letters and mails which will speak of itself :- (i) Letter dated 23/07/2012, (ii) Letter dated 19/11/2012, (iii) Your office letter dated 20/02/2014 It is further stated, that I have deposited a total amount of Rs 43, 808/- in your Club Mahindra and out of Rs 43, 808/- your Club has refunded Rs 22, 878/- only. Thus, Rs 20, 930/- is outstanding aginst your Club. Lastly, once again your office is requested to refund my hard money within 01 month in my SBI a/c No. [protected], otherwise I do not have any other option except to knock the Court of Law.
