I Ravinder Pal singh recently got membership of club mahindra
On 6/02/2021 at evening near about 6 pm I have paid membership fee.
But after reaching home when I discussed with my family due to some reason I took decision not to proceed further
In the morning I had a conversation with the sales person Mr. Sahid and told him not to process my application
But after sending email not to process my application but they made my membership id.
I called their member experience management centre and told them about my decision. I was told i would be contacted from their cancellation department.
After 2 reminder they are not taking action. Still they are sending sms and their welcome kit to my address
still they havent called or mailed me about my concern Was this information helpful? |
