Dear Sir, On dated 27th to 28th May 2019, we are at Ashtmudi Resort, Room No. 2204, while on check out on 28th around 11.00 am, we tried to contact front office thru Phone Extension to prepaid entire bill and vehicle arrangements however 10 minutes over No any Staff pick up the extension phone. Then We tried Ashtmudi Resort office phone no.[protected] thru my mobile but all efforts are vein. Next option we try to connect Ashtmudi Resort Mobile No. [protected]. This mobile no I was found busy so send SMS to call me back in the room 2204 for check out process. Next 10 minutes over no any call received in our room phone as well as on my mobile. Now there is no option remains to go personally to front desk from my room While reaching at front desk found that lady staff who specially appointed to take care of check in. Check out process chatting with her staff or sub ordinate. Ashtmudi Resort officially carried mobile staff Mr. Ajay also present their. I was enquired about check out time of Room No.2204 and extension of phone not picking up, also my mobile call and SMS to Mr. Ajay. But front office desk staff is so careless that they never replying on my query nor they bothered about theirs mistakes or any guilty feeling. SECONDLY... After paying bills I was told them to send resort vehicle to near my room to collect my wife, two daughters and special child son age 8 year, weight 16 kg who unfortunately unable to walking and speaking. Next 10-15 minutes no any staff shown any interested to send vehicle. Again my enquiry about vehicle Mr. Ajay told me that they are sending vehicle to other Room Guest. I mean seating in front of them for vehicle but they least bothered. Again we loosing our valuable time since 11.00 to 11.45 though we need to catch flight from Kochi Airport from Poover resort. Meantime also want to purchase few Kerala item in local market. But Ashtmudi resort staff attitude is careless Attitude, no option remaining to me though I went personally to Room No. 2204 bringing my entire family by walking and left resort with such mood that henceforth we never visit again this resort whereas cheapest staff recruiting to serve us. We observed that there is no any fear of senior management or management not interested to monitor staff behavior towards customers. Extremely bad experience from Asthmudi staff, we never forget this and not any other place but in Club Mahindra premises. Hope this mail complaint treated seriously. Waiting for mail reply in written with proper enquiry with checking CCTV footage. Sending email complaint to club Mahindra official email but till date no one approach to listen us.
