My personal relations manager Mr. Satish had informed us that our account has been blocked. This was over 4 days ago and he was supposed to have raised an enquire internally. It's been over 4 days and Mr. Satish has failed to respond to us or even answer any of our constant calls.
I am reaching out to your team directly because we were not informed that my account has been blocked. We have been trying to make a reservation for months and nothing has gone through. We have even visited the Andheri office to try and sort out this issue and get some sort of response or help. Please do connect us further to higher authorities regarding the disregard and lack of response of our relationship manager.
Please tell help with unblocking our account and mention the reason it was blocked in the first place.
