Hi Team,
I have been to a presentation today in chennai, conducted by Club Mahindra in the Lakshmi Tata showroom. We have been told to get a complimentary for this. Once we had been there, we were asked about financial abilities with wife by my side in public, and were forced to opt for a membership program. And paid Rs. 62347 for this and put into a debt of 2.6 lakhs for 2 years.
In no time all these happen, and really worried of this trap by the sales team. I have tried to explain same to them through phone in the evening, and he is explaining that he will suffer a loss of 7000 rupees from his pocket if I withdrew and his manager has to resign for this.
With hard feelings for both of them, I can't speak much about this issue to him anymore.
But, I don't want to get into a debt or something like this for 2 years and we don't use to plan such holidays in any future.
After calling him and explaining situation, I got the Membership ID created. I don't know if it is intentionally did or as per the process.
Please help me in canceling this membership and also cancel e-mandate (auto debit) option from my account.
Please let me know asap.
