[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Cancellation of Membership and Refund of Money | |||
I have taken Club Mahindra Membership, on EMI basis and I have paid for more than one year regularly, but from past 8months I am facing financial problem due to no job. I requested to company to cancel my membership and refund the money. I am also ready for deductions if any. But I am getting reply that this is not possible due to company refund policy. I can cancel my membership but I will not get any refund. I am also ready to taken membership of shorter span, company is also not ready to transfer that also. I am stuck now and I am going to loss lots of money if I cancel the membership. I don't understand now what to do, I am under pressure since I am going to loss huge amount.
