[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — Cancellation of membership (within 10 days) - no response received

I have applied for Membership on 10th September 2021 and due to personal reasons I have requested to cancel my membership on 11th September 2021 itself. I was informed that I will receive a call from cancellation team with 48 hours of my request, but did not receive any such calls till now. When I contacted customer support on 13th September regarding the same they said I need to wait another 48 hours since my last call. Which is not acceptable. Now I am hesitant to call and check on my cancelation request status since they might start 48 countdown again.

I kindly request CM customer support team to look in to this matter with priority and take necessary actions to cancel my membership and initiate refund.

They have now closed my SR without any resolution. When I called and checked with customer care they said that support team tried to reach me but I was not reachable. Which is wrong, I haven't received any call today from CM. I have reopened the SR. Kindly look in to this. All I am asking is my money back as per your cancellation policy. Please don't make your customers life miserable by unprofessional customer support.

I have received a call from Club Mahindra on 16th September and informed me that i will receive the cancellation confirmation email with in 15 minutes. It's been 2 days and still I have not received any confirmation for my cancellation request.

No refund or updates till now. Very unprofessional customer service. It's been days and no refund yet. In this digital age not sure why this much delay.
