Club Mahindra Holidays — Cancellation Of Membership without consent | |
I took membership of Club Mahindra in 2018. Member ID 2822653. Down Payment Made Rs 41830 and 3 EMI of 10669 were paid. A sum total of 73837 was paid to the company. The company's executive came up with false commitments and I was not allowed to book any holidays for me/my family and wanted them to sort out issues before collecting any further payments from me. Despite numerous reminders they did not settle anything as regards the said amount is concerned. Further last year during the first wave of COVID19 and subsequently during the second wave in 2021, me and my family were infected and I did lose my grand parents during that reign. I lately realised that the company has cancelled my membership and has not even given any credit of the sum it collected from. I thereby request you to please look into the matter and get me the refund processed for the amount paid to the company, because I did not pay only for mere registration and fake billing and no resolution from their end. Further cancellation of membership being a proactive step from their end should be penalised and taken seriously.
