Club Mahindra Holidays — Cancelled membership

Dear sir,
i am member of club mahindra .
somehow not paid all amount of membership and my membership is cancelled but now i am ready to pay all remaining amount .
i am from Gandhinagar, gujarat and i talked at club Mahindra Ahmedabad office.
they said that first paid 15000Rs and then my membership will be reactive. i paid 15000 but still not Reactive my membership

so please help me to reactive membership or refund all my previous amount around 1, 40, 000/-
