This mail below was originally written to the Club Mahindra's Customer care E-mail ID "[protected]@clubmahindra.com" on 22.12.2018
And then sent reminders time and again seeking response but always got same lame response from Mr Sudhir Poojari and Ankit Dodia. I have quoted the response mail received below my mail.
The mail I sent -
"
Dear Club Mahindra Team
I am Saurabh Kukreja, a newly joined member of your club having User ID ******** purchased for 10 years with a down payment of Rs *****/- already paid on[protected].
I would like to know about the process of ending club mahindra membership and claiming the down payment back for the following reasons:
1) Numerous False commitments were made by the sales executives e.g.
a) As we had to plan our holidays just after diwali i.e. on[protected], Your sales executive assured that they will get it done and we will be able to use our holidays and hence we agreed to purchase the membership;
b) Your executives did tell us that the holidays can be gifted to our relatives and freinds. But they never told us about the additional charges that they (friends/relatives) have to pay;
c) For clarifications on above points and a few others, I made numerous attempts of contacting the sales executives that introduced and sold membership to me, I did not receive any response to my calls.
Kindly consider above facts to cancel my membership and arrange to refund complete amount paid as down payment by me.
