Mahindra club membership is a massive SCAM!!! If you are considering becoming a member please think 10 times before you give your hard earned money to these scamsters.
My mother was sold the Bliss package for 1.5Lac rupees. Since she could not bear the cost she requested me to become the co-owner of the membership. When I wanted to book a holiday, I was told I was NOT registered as a co-owner inspite on informing them a million times at the time of registration. And instead I have to now submit an affidavit?? as if this is my fault?
Secondly, you NEVER EVER find any properties during weekends and during school holidays or when people actually get holidays from work even if you are trying to book a holiday by 60-90 days out. How come all the properties are sold out the second you open them for booking??????
Third, I was NEVER informed that we had to book for a minimum of 3 nights to avail the benefit of the membership!!!
Four, the customer service is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! you get nothing but attitude from their operators when you call them for a query.
Five, and the most sickening detail they never tell you when trying to sell you is that if you are trying to book a holiday with your family, you CANNOT book anything other than a teeny weeny studio room where there is hardly any space to stand let alone stay with a kid and luggage!!!
All their sales men say yes to EVERYTHING when selling and only when you try to book a holiday by yourself will you find out their dirty secrets.
