I had your GoZest membership for which I had paid 99, 000 earlier.
Owing to Covid situation in the country I could not utilize it properly (3 holidays in 2 years), for which I contacted their sales agent Sachin to check if that could be extended
He confidently representing the organization told me that extension is not possible and the only options with you are to forget about the membership or extend it which later turned out to be a lie (Fraud/ Lie 1)
I had no reason not to believe him (since these people trained your sales team so well on how to fool customers), so I asked him for options with regards to membership extension
While giving me options I insisted for one time payment options only among which I will finalize
After giving one-time payment option, he insisted on taking other options which had the following details
Just Pay 10% now, the remaining payment you can make before year end in March when company will make special discounts (Fraud/Lie 2)
You don't have to worry about ASF dues for 2-3 years (Fraud /Lie 3)
Your premium payment will start only after 3 months in May'22 before which we would have made the payment in March (as written in previous pointers) (Fraud /Lie 4)
Your remaining points from GoZest will be added to new membership (Fraud /Lie 5)
I had no reason not to believe him since he has been trained by champions of fraudulent people
After I made the payment of 10% (24, 478), I asked for summary report from him since I had 15 days to cancel inn case I am not satisfied ( The proof of which I am attaching) (Fraud /Lie 6)
He very conveniently ignored that request
After about a month I received a message for ASF due which I forwarded him to which he replied let me check
Post that I have been calling him continuously and he kept ignoring my calls by not picking up
I called him from other number which he picked up and upon hearing me he blocked that number as well
Post that, I raised a complaint from your grievance redressal team
After weeks and months of to and fro this was the company's (Mahindra Holiday's) official statement as per Vishesh
As per the membership rules, we would like to inform you that there is no refund applicable to your membership
So basically, as per Vishesh, no matter what frauds and lies they commit in any matter, since you have written some policy as per our convenience which we can give to refuse refund and laugh about it later
They have found new ways to ignore me now
They hypothetically keep claiming I requested for cancelation on Dec'21 instead so we are cancelling your membership
