[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — Fraud call for complimentary gift voucher

Hello,

I have got call from Club Mahindra sales person on 30th-may-2022 from the mobile no -[protected] and he told me i have won a free gift voucher for free stay at any of the club Mahindra resorts for 2Nights and 3 Days. But for getting it i have to attend one presentation for 45 mins with my husband and take away the voucher. They send me WhatsApp message in my registered mobile number for the venue & time, even they send me google location also in my WhatsApp number

we reached in there Surat office at 8 pm on 31st-may-2022, one person from reception area, he gave 1 form to my husband for fill up only for formalities, my husband feel up the form & given all details which would require in the form.
one of the sales team person called us inside, she giving her introduction also, I don't remembered her name, but she is from Nagpur, we attend the presentation around 1 hour where she were trying to sell us the membership. And she told that you will get the voucher within 24 to 48 hours in registered email which you given in form.

The person from Club Mahindra lied me saying that they will give that voucher, They were trying to convince me falls in their scheme.

But after 48 hours we did not got the voucher on email. So i have called that person who invited us, me & my husband called two times but that mam put our number in block list, here i am mentioned that two number which i got call from club Mahindra .1st number is [protected], & 2nd number is -[protected],

I have spent my valuable time from the very far from my home

Please take strict action against this fraud people of club Mahindra, & also request you to don't make people foolish as saying lie to give complimentary voucher. I hope I get write solution from consumer complaints portal.
