Despite repeated emails to your grievances departments including Level 1 & 2, these guys simply don't bother to even call back/reply.
I had upgraded my membership from red to purple on some benefits like
1. 7 + 7 = 14 free nights ( of which only 5 recd)
2. 10000 RCB Points which is received.
Despite repeated reminders to your executive Mr. Christopher ([protected]) who had upgraded my membership, just give excuses like the nights will be credited in about 3 months.
Either you return our money or fulfill all your promises.
