[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — frequent change of policies and lack of available resorts | |||
We had purchased club mahindra membership thinking it would be useful for us to go on holidays without any tension. But all we got was tension only. They don't have enough available rooms in resorts. They keep updating their policies for their own good. They have lots of rules which put the customer at a disadvantage.in 2 years i have been to just 2 holidays. They charge a fixed amount at first, but then they also charge an annual subscription fee (Asf) which they will charge even if we visit the resorts or not. The asf is charged rs. 14700/- in 2019. It keeps increasing every year. Imagine having to pay that on top of the initial payment of around 3-4 lakhs. If you book a good resort by yourself it will cost you the same amount as the asf you pay. I'm going to cancel my membership. Was this information helpful? | |||
