Club Mahindra Holidays — Full of lies from the salesperson

They have invited me for celebrating the club mahindra anniversary at tata showroom by telling that you will get a free tour for 2 days. First they asked all the details from us and started explaining the membership. At the end I told them will think about it and let you know on the next day but they told this offer is only available today. So they kind of forced me to avail this membership. I paid the initial amount with my credit card. Later I found that this is not worth for taking this membership and wrote an email to the customer service and they did a response that you will be getting the refund after 90 days and I was waiting for that. And when the first emi started the sales person called me and requested me to send an email to continue the membership. Also he told that you can't cancel the membership so better you utilise the holiday and leave it. So I wrote that email and paid the first emi. Then I asked the same sales person to book an holiday at some resort where I have planned my trip and he is telling that "the resort is not their resort it's a tieup resort so we can't book it. Can you plan to some other place." Then I left it and didn't pay the second emi and other sales person called me and asked me to pay the second emi and it told I can't pay that. But she checked and sent me some screenshots showing like some terms and conditions in a excel sheet. In that it's saying you need to pay 3 emi's to get the membership benefits and also you can get a partial refund for the cancellation. So I paid the remaining two emi. After that I raised a cancellation request and then I received a call from some other office staff in North India. She is telling like you can cancel your account now. You should have done that when you wrote the first email for cancellation. And now they are calling me to pay the next emi. It's a very big scam. People are loosing money without enjoying any benefits of the membership. This is totally a fraud.
