Their sales representatives hide the yearly cost of the membership(ASF) and promise there is no other cost for the membership. Later on, once we sign the contract, we receive calls from them asking for yearly maintenance charges. When it was informed to the relationship manager, he promised to waive the charges.Now, they are not letting us to cancel the membership or waive the charges as well. Sales representatives also not responding or meeting the customers after complaining.
