I would like to cancel my Club Mahindra membership and honestly feel that I deserve some amount of a refund or need to get compensated for the CHEATING.
Here are my reasons -
1) After paying heavy membership fees and ASF fees, NEVER do I ever get rooms on the dates that we want to travel
2) The prices at the property for meals are INFLATED to a point where it's shameless
3) ASF keeps increasing and is hitting the roof. Firstly the salesperson had never informed me that ASF was to be increased every year. Yet I stuck on for so many years hoping their service would get better. But it's HORRIBLE. Almost Rs. 18, 725/year which can never be used cause they never have rooms available, and when they do have rooms available - which is very rare - the prices of every service they provide are hitting the roof..
Totally disappointed with my decision of going ahead and taking this membership. and even more so disappointed in the company.

I would like to cancel and receive amount paid to Club Mahindra membership and honestly feel that I deserve amount of a refund or need to get compensated for the CHEATING.

1) After paying heavy membership fees, NEVER do I ever get rooms on the dates that we want to travel and still now we had not used my complimentary days tooo
2) secondly the executive(Siddhartha) from Andhra Pradesh has not said regarding ASF and that to be paid every year, it’s very hard and burden to us, it's shameless that a membership has sold for CLUB Mahindra, that we need to say cheating
3) ASF keeps increasing and is hitting the roof. Firstly the salesperson had never informed me that ASF was to be increased every year. We Have Not Used Complimentary Rooms and I can’t say how the service would be, and I wanted to cancel our membership for the above reasons and get refunded the amount I paid
