I am attaching the mail communication I had with member experience and their responses. Also attaching the mail exchange with the assigned Club Mahindra official.

Background-
We bought this Club Mahindra package for our peace of mind and enjoyment.
Initially we started with White and then upgraded to Red.
We also almost upgraded from Red to purple and did the initial payment- but there were some challenges which came up later.
Due to Covid- our salary compensation was affected negatively.
Also within the close family, we had to face a liver transplant case- which required enormous funds.
Owing to this, We timely communicated to Member experience and expected them to abort our upgradation from Red to Purple.
Later Nisha Mirg (Club Mahindra official- Chandigarh) called us and agreed to downgrade from Purple to red - we followed her instructions and cleared the EMI for White to Red. (As few EMIs were yet to be paid)
Current issue-
We are unable to book any holidays
We were told that our EMI are pending for Red to Purple- which was shocking to us.
I am attaching all the Email communications for your ready ref.

Our point is, we have done complete payment for Red membership and ASF till date- still we are denied to book holidays.
I still have faith that the Club Mahindra team will understand my case and take the most appropriate action to ensure enhanced member experience.
