[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Issue of voucher which is not valid | |||
I have visited your store in Westgate mall on 26th Feb'15 and they have given me voucher for attending the session of an hour. The very next day I found that the voucher given to me was invalid and from that day I have complained about the same at various levels and nothing has happened yet. My voucher no is GJUH3Z928PB. I called the person who has given me the presentation but nothing happened. He gave me the number of one person with number [protected] who is Area head ( I think). but nothing has happened till date. I am happy that I have not handed over the cheque on that day as I found the package to be good one and was thinking of buying it. But now I am happy to take that decision. The kind of service you are offering to people shows that you are more concerned about selling the product than to serve or made happy clients. Was this information helpful? | |||
