I have club mahindra purple membership since last 2 years .My husband had purchased red, where we could never ever get a booking during grand kids holiday timings .Obviously no choice of resort was ever available. The location is always secluded places difficult for both elderly n kids.
Yet i was brain washed by rm to upgrade to purple so far i have paid nearly 5lacs for member ship n asf .Still you cant get your resort choice ever.
My husband is no more and i am retired with asf 15 k .I find my self helpless i have almost 25 nights.Si ce they never give you a booking where you want .None of my family can use it.
I just wish to get my money back.I am 70 yrs old.Written to them on 21feb still no resolution after numerous mails and no response to my mails either.But calling day n night dor asf.
