[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Membership cancellation refund not receivied | |||
We had taken a membership under the name of Jainil Shah in July 2015 by paying an amount of Rs. 38000. We cancelled the membership the next day itself(July 23, 2015). We spoke to the representative, Mr. Vaibhav ([protected]) who asked us to send n email conforming the cancellation and promised us the refund within 15 days. Unfortunately, he stopped answering the calls and replying to us. He asked us to speak to his manager, Mr Aalap Bhatt ([protected]) who also promised us that he would look into the matter. We have been following up with Aalap from more than 7 months and still have not received the refund. he has stopped answering the calls as well. We have proof of all messages sent and cancellation email as well. We need the full refund back and an apology from Club Mahindra as well as the employees involved for being so irresponsible.
