Hello management,
I am requested my membership cancellation for more than a week they sales team not processing any cancellation steps. They are not picking my call as well.
1 . He had given false information about the annual fees that is if we are not travelled on the particular year we no need to pay 18000.
2 . The booking rule also he had not informed in the time of seminar (we are not suppose to book any resorts until 3 emi).
3. Cancellation policy also he had never informed that the refund we can get if the membership cancel within 10 days.
4. Now I am requested for cancellation he told he will speak his manager but I am calling him he not even picking my call and not replying my messages too.
Management could you cancel my membership and refund my amount.
