With My membership number 2852634, I express my total dissatisfaction with the service and after sales services I have been provided.
Mr. Harpreet Singh, my onboarding manager has given me all the wrong information to associate me with this Bliss membership, for which I have shared the details in the below email. In order to make my first booking I called the call center. I tried 4 call on the call center on 04/02/2019 where no one answered my call, all I had to go through was 10 mins staying on the line for each call, as I wanted to make a reservation at Club Mahindra Pavana. Frustrated with this experience I called my Mr. Harpreet Singh, he aligned my call with the call center in 20 mins. The person on the call center told me that the bliss members child are not in the position to book this property, Otherwise Promised by Mr. Harpreet. My dilemma Dint here.
Mr. Harpreet Singh had told me that none of the club Mahindra properties are listed and directly available to non-member, which then became 5. I told him that there are more properties that are listed on online websites. He quickly asked me to share the screenshots. Once he saw that he gave me lame excuses for the same. Screenshots have been attached. In fact the properties are selling less that 3900 per nigh inclusive of breakfast, How has my interest been covered here as member when the same properties are selling at a cheaper rate and that to after giving me a false promise.
Mr. Harpreet Singh while talking the membership told me that Club M-Select will give you better deals and covers massive deals with All the Hyatts, Sheretons, Tajs. When I logged in hardly there were any of the properties selling under that brand name. These properties have 300, 200, 100 rupee dispcunts. Such names should be used unless the discounts are massive.
Also what service in the world raise an AMC bill on the first day of the membership. It’s generally from the year onwards,
He has stopped texting back and once I had to make 6 calls to get in touch with him. It has been 6 days in the membership and I haven’t used any of its services. All I ask for is justice after my frustrating experience here. I need my money reimbursed as I am not interested because of the points mentioned above. Please contact me on [protected]
