Dear Madam/Sir,
I had enrolled on 30/08/2022 by paying the initial down payment of Rs.56, 884/- acknowledged by the company by receipt. The member ID assigned to us is 2988134. Subsequently, the first EMI of Rs.7680/- was paid on 07/11/2022.
However, we decided to discontinue the membership due to medical reason (report send to club mahindra team) in family and I wrote to the company on 09/11/2022 after activating membership on 01/11/22, requesting them to terminate my membership and confirm it by an email or a letter along with refund of the full amount paid, as we have not availed any of their services till now. The company keeps on sending sms asking me to pay the annual charges. I am afraid they will collect the monthly EMI as we had agreed for auto debit to the credit card.
The salesperson who informed me about the company and their plans, as well as their executives who call me, are telling me that no refund will be received, as it is the policy of the company. After reading the various posts on your website, I am hopeful that my hard-earned money will be received from the company. Please help me to get a letter/email saying my membership is terminated, and MOST IMPORTANT, PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THE REFUND OF THE FULL AMOUNT PAID (Rs.65, 00/-) FROM THE COMPANY for medical emergency in family.
