[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — mislead and cheat by club mahindra agent mr shankar bisht and team at kanpur office

Sir, recently we are registered in the name of deep shikha debnath, member id - 2889022.
We had been invited by your marketing agents in the month of sep 2019, with an offer to visit your kanpur office. We had interaction about 40 minutes with mr shankar bisth and team. They gave me incomplete information about the white season and didn't cleared the pros and cons of offer that we have to pay rs 15700/- as maintenance costs every year. They didn't even cleared that white season can apply to red season only after remaining 15 days left from holiday starting date. Practically it is not possible to avail red season due to heavy rush period of childrens summer vacations and winter vacations. On our first visit to jim corbett club mahindra resort we experienced a lot of worst experience due to mismanagement of mr shankar bisth and team.
Our booking was managed by mr bisth from 24 dec to 29 dec 2019.. But when we reached to jim corbett on 24 dec 2019, we were informed that there was no booking for us very next day.. I. E. On 25 dec 2019. And on 29 dec 2019
First day itself i realised that i was badly cheated and trapped by your cunning agents mr shankar bisht, who deliberately offered me cheap and worthless
White season despite knowing all about our family backgrounds,

That we have school going childrens and there are no other option otherthan to proceed on holidays in summer or winter vacations.
Further we had no other option left other than to opt for upgradation to red season by paying 10% upgradation charges and continue my 5 night 6 days at jim corbett holiday home.
Further i came to know and aware of misfeeding my contact numbers and e mail id deliberately, so that i could not receive any confirmation call which might have been done by your management teams because it wasl preplanned that i should not receive actual information about white season... Yes, today first time i received a confirmation call with details of red season option when i corrected the contact no. And email id with the help of your executives mr mahesh and mr sarim khan who helped me at jim corbett to continue my 5 night holidays...

Now you think and cosider that isn't it a
Misguide and fraud by your agents? Just in order to achieve their targets they play games with your valuable customers, and after such painful experience why should i continue club mahindra membership??
Hence you are requested to discontinue my membership and refund my all those amount which i paid from sep 2019 to till date, as it is quite expensive to continue for red season costing approximately ₹ 610000/-, excluding ₹ 15700/- annual maintenance charges. (Which we were not at all informed about, at the time of first meeting by
Mr shankar bisth and team at your kanpur office.) hope you will take strict action against defaulters and save your company from such unexpected loss by such an irresponsible and cunning

Sir, We received call from your executive, and I agreed to receive my amount after deduction of 5 Nights stay at your resort in white Season ( STU). So far I paid ₹ 89400/- since Sep 2019 to till date. Kindly calculate and deduct amount 20000/- and send me Rest amount through NEFT to under mentioned details.
