I am Anjitha Suresh serving the armed forces. One of your exceutive, duped us of rs.10000/- in the name of new membership on 14 Apr 21 which I am not interested in anymore. It's been 3 and half months and he has been saying that the refund process has been initiated. Only down payment was taken and no membership was taken.
