[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — not getting refund of my initial booking amount

i paid advance Rs.10, 000/-( paid by sbi credit card) on feb 15th 2019 for taking club mahindra BLISS membership.
Later due to personal reason i cancelled my request. My husband was not well and he is 65 years old. We need the money urgently and requested for refund.
But my frequent mails are replied with standard answer and i am not getting refund.
From March 10th i am writing them mails and following them on phone. Now they are not answereing the phone.
My frequent phone calls to Imran and Mohd Yahya were not answered.
I am enclosing my mail details below.

Updated by soundaram1961 I have written several mails to member [protected]@mahindraholidays.com with my contact details and narrated my ordeal. Still i am not getting refund of my initial deposit paid Rs.10, 000/- form my husbands credit card.
