Dear sir Cancellation of membership with club mahindra : Joined on 28 feb 2019 and cancellation request sent on 3 may 2019- On realizing misrepresentation of facts. I wish to invite your kind attention to the following facts regarding club mahindra Sir, on 28.2.2019 i have joined as a member (Membership no. 2857464) with club mahindra, based on the following promises made by their representative one mr. Vaibhav sharma : (I) he said that no other payments other than one time payment and emis will be there; (Ii) he has not mentioned about the annual maintenance to be paid i. E. Rs.15000 every year. (Iii) he has mentioned that immediately on payment of three instalments i can start my foreign trip too. However by first week of april 2019 (I. E. Within one and half month) i have realized that he has misrepresented and accordingly i have made a request for cancellation of my membership on 3 may 2019. No mention of annual maintenance fee has talked off ever. It is very unfortunate that totally he has misrepresented and my hard earned amount of rs. 41437/- is lying with club mahindra. I have not availed any services so far. When i contacted the above officer for undertaking journey to finland, he said me “why not. You send a mail to me. I will forward and get the things done”. After sending the mail he has not replied me at all. When i contacted him through another telephone he has attended the mobile and informed me that finland journey will not be possible and in india you can travel. Sir, totally he has misrepresented and later when i enquired about rajasthan journey (Jodhpur) only i came to know about the annual maintenance. He has revealed the need to pay annual maintenance only on that day. Immediately i took a decision to withdrew from your scheme and written to your company for refund of the same. My sms messages sent to him as well as mail for finland journey were enclosed in a letter sent to the chairman/md of the club mahindra. Sir i am not at all interested in continuing with the membership with your esteemed company and request for refunding the amount paid by me (Rs.41437/-) as well as cancellation of my membership with you. I have not availed any services from your company. I don’t want to continue with your membership Several mails i sent @ [protected]@mahindraholidays.com but they replied in negative for refund of money. I request your kind office to refund me my hard earned money in the light of above. Kindly consider my case as a special case in the light of not availing any services so far as well as making the request for cancellation immediately i. E within one and half months. Also consider the fact that just within such a short period i am requesting for cancellation. Accordingly you are requested to refund rs.41437/- and cancel my membership too. In short, though i joined on 28.2.2019, immediately on realizing the misrepresentation of facts, i have made a request on 3 may 2019 for cancellation of my membership and reimbursement of rs. 41437/- to me.
