It’s been around approx 4 years being an member of Club Mahindra ( Member Id[protected] and I was able to book my holiday only once due to unavailability of rooms. They have not improved even for Rs.1 but if you look at ASF fees it is increasing every year heavily and the service against that is really really poor and disappointing.
Few properties/hotels are not even listed in the Mobile Application by Club Mahindra due to which we have to be dependant on Customer Relationship Manager for booking related things. Most of the times they don’t even pick up the call so what is the use of Relationship Manager and as well as the membership for which we are not able to book holidays for. The purpose of vacation itself is not served here.
Most of the weekends are for Purple Membership while others below it cannot book those holidays, which is sheer Discrimination. I can understand Purple Membership people pay more money so they have the privilege but that simply doesn’t means other membership owners cannot enjoy holidays on those days if at all somebody Cancels at last moment. Mine is White Membership and I don’t even get to be Waitlisted for that booking which is again a Discriminatory Behaviour.
Also when I visited Goa for my first ever club Mahindra holidays at the time of booking it showed Waitlisted/Fully Booked, but when I personally traveled for my vacation and was hopping the property most of the rooms were either locked or vacant. So why there is no transparency in booking.
After paying so much Membership Amount and paying ASF on time we don’t get any privileges which worse. I strongly need to take action against such acts by Club Mahindra and need to strongly make other customers awake.
The Sales guy pitches something different and Reality is something different not something it’s very different. Was this information helpful? |
