My name is SUMIT GOEL and my mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com, this is to inform you that i received a call from your club mahindra holidays agency on Saturday 11 march 2023 and they informed me for some promotional event organised by your company on next day i.e. Sunday (12 march 2023) in THE PRESIDENT HOTEL IN AHMEDABAD. They also committed me to give a voucher for 2Nights 3 Days as a complimentary gift on my mail to attend their meeting of 45 minutes. I attended meeting on Sunday as per their scheduled timing provided by them through WHATSAPP, but till now today i didnt received any voucher code or any other information regarding this on my mail.The person who attend me their in the hotel on that day is Mr.Dixit, his mobile no. is [protected], .I tried calling him from the past 5 days but he didnt give any response regarding this matter.I request your management to be aware this type of wrong committments providing by your agents to the customer may be harmful for your company image and brand.Tell me if you are taking any action on this matter or not ?
