My membership was locked by Club Mahindra for KYC update for more then a year, for which I had submitted all the relevant documents asked by Club Mahindra through email atleast 8 times. I got frustrated and raised my issue on social media after which Club Mahindra relationship manager Mr. Prabhakar contacted me and resolved the issue within a month. By the time my membership was unlocked my 7.3 days got lapsed but Mr. Prabhakar had given me a written mail assurance that in special case I will be re-credited the lapsed holiday due to system issue from their end.
As the personal change happens in all the company, now the new Club Mahindra Members experience team has back tracked on the written promise.
I wish to approach the consumer court to teach this so called members experience team a lesson that they would not take any members for a ride in the Name of company's policy.
