Ref : membership application feb/2018/25yrs/205868 dated 14/2/2019. From your goa branch in patto-panaji. Downpayment of rs.30, 000/- through credit card.
I canceled my application on 15/2/2019 the very next day due to reasons explained to your sales manager. The hardcopy of cancellation request has been sent to goa office as well as corporate office in chennai by speedpost followed by emails to your sales managers in goa office and member relations / member experience email id. Your branch manager in goa office has informed me that he has processed my request from his side and has asked me to wait for refund. It is over 30 days now. There is no commitment of any date of refund.
Note : as, i have cancelled the application immediately next day, your sales team*goaoffice has not created membership id so my email id is not registered.
I had sent followup mail w. R. T. Refund to your customer care id (Memberexperience and memberrelations) but they cannot give proper reply due to unregistered email id.
Hence i had to write to in this forum to draw your attention.
30days is a long waiting period.
I will appreciate if you can advice your team to credit my refund in next 3-4 working days. Please update me from your side.
