[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — Refund against cancellation of package for wrong commitment

We were offered a holiday package of 3 years and were told that it covers domestic and international destinations. We made full payment for the package. We received a verification call from club mahindra and at that time we were informed that the package covers only domestic destinations. We immediately asked to cancel the package. The same was done immediately in their system as confirmed by club mahindra officials at mahableshwar resort. At that time we were told the refund would be processed within 30 days which was then extended to 60 days. We got in touch with their vashi office and we were assured that the refund would be received by end of August. We haven't received refund as yet and when we sent a reminder email we got a reply saying that as per their refund policy refunds will be processed within 90 days. This is absolutely atrocious. When we checked their agreement it clearly said that refund would be processed within 45 days. The officials at club mahindra are experts in blatantly lying. Its more that 60 days now and we haven't received refund. Requesting your forums intervention for helping us get the refund ASAP.
