I was lured into accepting a membership upgrade my marketing team of club mahindra at their Naukuchia location in Feb 2021. I paid a token advance for the same, but later I could not amass the balance required to go through with the upgrade deal. So I asked them to cancel the upgrade application and refund the advance amount I had paid earlier. However, club mahindra is yet to pay the same after 45 days of emails and tele calls. They are instead planning to adjust the amount again Annual Fees due from me in future. I have written to Mr Sujit Paul, Ms Meghana Joshi, Mr Niranjan Gaur and also emailed to their address at [protected]@mahindraholidays.com, but to no avail. I would not have taken this step if I wasnt financially in a tight spot as I am now. I have no liabilities towards club mahindra. My refund would not entail any net loss to the organisation. I am asking for them to return what is legitimately mine. No money should be withheld from a client to pay for 'future dues'. If is a bit surprising that even the people at the top are not sensitive to grievances of members and they have ignored my emails for days together. Was this information helpful? |
