I purchased club mahindra membership on firm assurance of good services by ur sales representative on[protected]. I made 50% down-payment i.e. 244440/- and 24 EMI of 9167 each. I started using your app and tried to book holidays but its always pre-booked. I can not get booking on my desired dates. when i contacted ur representative, she told me that i[censored] want booking, you will have to book 4-5 months prior to journey date which is not possible for most of the people. No one knows about exact dates of exams of children. I am a doctor by profession and have to deal with emergencies. so its very difficult for me to continue with you. Club mahindra resorts are far away from main tourist places and foods are very expensive at these resorts.
Actually your representatives don’t give time to customers to think about all aspects of membership and they engage your minds in different attractive offers which are actually traps.
Mr Anand mohindra is very well known person in India and he has very good reputation. I know about his kind heartedness and helping nature towards fellow citizens. He is a very proud indian. I have very high regards for him. With this image, i never had doubt about services by club mahindra but now I feel myself cheated.
I dont want any disputes with the club people. I just request you to kindly cancel my membership and refund my payment as soon as possible to avoid mental harassment.
I hope you will help me in all manners in coming out of this trauma and prove the good image of mahindra group.
