I am having difficulty in getting any credible response from Club Mahindra's Member Experience team.

They generally refuse to respond by email and I do not trust what the Member Experience team executives state in phone calls.
Now one of their executives Vibha Tiwari's states:
"With regards to our telephonic conversation dated 61-Sept-21, we regret to inform you that your membership is been cancelled due to non-payment of EMI's post 2015 and if the EMI payments are not cleared within 2 years and membership status gets cancelled."
I have made annual payments for every year since becoming a member in 2007. I never signed up for any EMI. I do not understand what date 61-Sept-21 means. I did not have any telephonic conversation with Club Mahindra in Sept-2021.
I am worried there is some accounting mischief with the Member Experience team here. Was this information helpful? |
