My name is Vinay Viswanath I took the membership on 21st Aug 2022. Later i decided to cancel my membership due to personal reasons. I send cancellation request on 22nd Aug 2022 by sending mail to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com as you can cancel membership within 10 days and you can get 100% refund.
I still have not got the refund. CM guys created lot of confusion. Initially they sent mail stating that they will provide full refund. Later they sent another mail stating I'm not eligible for refund. After lot of discussion and escalation, now they said that they will refund full amount. They are saying that with in 90 WORKING days they will refund. However as per agreement it is mentioned as 90 CALENDER DAYS. Also i have requested the cancellation on 22nd Aug. That means i should get my refund on 20th Nov. However they are saying that they will consider the date from 14th Sep. I don't understand the logic. Could you please help me to get this resolved
KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY AT THE EARLIEST.
