[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — withdrawal of membership application and full refund of down payment

I had been invited for a meeting by club mahendra group in september 2019 at eefa hotel belgaum. During which i opted for their membership. During enrollment they hurry up for payment (Only few hours are provided). I had paid advance and given post dated cheques. I have taken membership of mhril with maf number appears as apr/2019/25yrs/266793 on the formmy member id is 2888232.. I had made down payment of rs 25, 000 and given 12 post dated cheques for emi. Later i found that its not worth. So i cancelled the membership within stipulated time. Its been 5 months since cancellation but still i have not received back my advance and cheques.
