I had been promised by your employee Mr. Mayur Bhujbal of Pune office, that the problems/booking cancellation at the last minute from your end, faced by me on my jaipur tour would be compensated in the form of nights/ Credit vouchers.
The worst part is this representative is treating the members so worst, that it is a point to decide weather to be a member of club mahindra or not.
