[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — wrong or misleading information about payment | |
Hi, I have the membership of Club Mahindra. My member ID is 2686240. I am planning to book a holiday in mid June 2019 but your customer care executive told me that i need to pay the whole amount of ASF i.e. 43722. At the time of taking that membership I have been told that i need to pay ASF for the same year in which i use the service or plan a holiday in your resort. Now the customer care executive is saying that i need to pay the total amount without which i can not avail the service. My point is- why you people didn't told me at the time of membership sale, and why should i pay for the service i didn't used ???? Was this information helpful? | |
