[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — Wrong practices

I have taken Club Mahindra Membership and am very upset with kind of Service they are providing and way they handle it. They give you incomplete information and wrong promises to make you sign up for the same. And once you have signed up and paid the down payment, you have no way out. Consider your money gone waste. I took the membership in March 2014 from Mr. Abdul Khan. I receive the confirmation from them on email on 19th March. 1) He suggested and insisted that i go for White season and made me take it and actually when i went to book the same i get to know that the days in white season are not suitable to me at all. As those days when the schools are on. He could have explained me in detail about each season and the dates covered i would have gone for Red then. 2) i was told the ASF is inflation free and any kind of inflation will never have any effect on my payout amount. But it is not the way i was told, it can increase as per the inflation. CM Says - ASF is subject to change on the basis of the published inflation indices of Consumer Price Index numbers for urban non manual employees.) 3) I was explained, the ASF has to be paid only for the year i travel. CM says - Your ASF is due from the same month as your Holiday Start Date, and is payable at the same time every year. ASF is payable annually, irrespective of holiday utilization. 3) I was told we can split our holidays as and when required. CM says - The holiday cannot be split. Special offer must be utilized within the validity period. Reservation is subject to availability. No cash backs are offered against Club Mahindra holidays. For above discrepancies, the rep. again convinces me to do the welcome formalities and he shall help me with the issues. 4) On 2nd May i again wrote to them for not receiving the kit for 2-3 months. And belive me till date i have just received one Welcome letter thats it, and i have not received my Card, food vouchers etc till date. 5) I referred so many people and infact i had sent one whole excel file with around 200+ contacts of which 3 contacts have taken up membership and the referral credit was also done after i wrote to them. I have received the credit only for 2 contacts, in which also wrong points were credited and i had to get it rectified after following up with their team. 6) They are never reachable on the phone, you have to keep following up. 7) Post few months of me raising issues Mr. Abdul disappears and has till date not called me even after his senior contacts me and assures me that he will call me. 8) While signing up i had given clear instructions that i will only pay the down payment and first 3 instalments and the balance i will continue from January 2015 for which i was assured by Abdul that he will inform the concern department but till date i am paying the emi's. i have already paid 5 instalments. 9) Mr. Suchit informed that he will help me out with everything and requested me to go ahead with my bookings and then when i actually decide the dates and go to book i come to know that the dates i am looking for are of Red season and i can book them only 15 days prior, how is it practically possible to organise your vacation 15 days prior with travel bookings. 10) while signing up i was given 7 days of complimentary holidays but in their system it shows only 5 and now Mr. Abdul is not available to answer. And let me inform that i have everything in writing in which Mr. Abdul had explained me the membership. 11) And recently Ms. Preeti Singh, Asst. Manager - Member retention team calls me to address my issue and after explaining her everything she ends up saying that as i have gone through the welcome call and have accepted it she can not help it and also can not refund the amount i have paid so far (around 70K). And she also sends me the email stating that i have paid around 70k and they are sorry that they can not refund anything and urge me to continue with same membership and withdraw my cancellation request. I never expected such kind of response from them, instead they could have looked into the matter seriously and helped me out. Rather they just ended up stating that as i have accepted the welcome call i have to bear the loss or continue the membership the way it is. Can this forum or some legal department take some action against this entity and save others following a prey to them. as i see 22 pages of complain on the similar issues against Club Mahindra. I also face the problem with club mahindra and these people are not taking any action .. I am following them since July 2014 but u will not get any solution from them .. and they won't return your money back once they get..
Please like FB page to spread information about club mahindra fraud .. by searching fraud club mahindra page ..
Soon I will share what all they talk over phone.. Such a ridiculous people they are ..
I am also one of the sufferer . I think its time to spread the Cheating that Club mahindra is doing.
