[Resolved] Club Mahindra — Refund of membership | |||
Membership no: 2473592 I had taken membership of Red season studio at Rs.4 Lacs. The purpose of taking membership was to get family holidays at decent clubs and on our convinient times. I was told that being a member of premium club and red season (high value), I will have an access to all their clubs as and when I wish. My experience while booking holidays is totally contradictory and it generally requires booking in advance of atleast 2-3 months, which is not possible for me due to my hectic business schedules. I tried booking holidays on-line as per their guide line however I could not get availability. Their customer care no. is also not accessible most of the time. After lot of hassles and arguments with their customer care, I could get my bookings. But after paying a hefty amount for the club membership for the timely availability of holidays, if one does not get the availability then the purpose of taking membership is defeated. In fact, they have made more members then their actual inventory of rooms. This is a sheer deficiency in service and hence I requested for refund of membership which is denied due to lack of such policy of refund. This again falls under "restrictive and monopolistic trade practice" I sincerely request you help me recover my membership fee of Rs. 4.0Lacs. Was this information helpful? | |||

Its really pathetic, it seems premier organisations are making fun of the people and there is nothing we can do about it. If you see there are numerous complaints for same club on this forum itself. Is there problem with the organisation or people are just writing... who knows...
