[Resolved] Club Mahindra — Refusal to refund | |||
My client number is 2606695. The sales executives give you wrong information and i on good faith purchased the product. Later i found out that none of the important details were told. I asked for a refund but company denied saying as per the standard terms and conditions, which i signed, refund is not possible. This sounds like a great marketing plan. First you lie to customers and when they ask for a refund you simply say NO. I have paid 42000/- and imagine if 100 people are denied refund it's a big amount. I am also the sufferer of the same issues as yours I became member in 2003 but it was on instalment I paid the full membership but whenever I asked for the booking could not get the booking anytime though i am a member of purple studio company just interested in membership fees, Annual subscription charge but hardly bothered about the booking bec once you pay any amount as membership forget the amount paid follow the dictation of the company executives as well as you come across lot of hidden issues in piecemeal after every year new terms & condition is highlighted i have not been able to use a single holiday till this day
