I am one of the victims too. I have collected a lot of information about these goons. I have the AADHAR card information of "Tapas Saha" the owner of this fraud company. I have the mobile numbers of the workers there and call recordings of their ex-employees. I want to help in the investigation. Also customer care people promised me that going forward i will not face such issues and once i marked this as resolved, they will send me this on email and also bill copy of my second location payment.
Till now experience was frustrated. After having first vacation, lets hope smooth and customer friendly experience next time as they promised me verbally. Thanks to Mr. Kapil again who really cares about customers.
