CMJ University — verification of phd degree

I am Meenakshi from Chandigarh. I got my provisional certificate of PhD Degree in English from CMJ University Meghalaya
on 19th December 2012. My registration number is [protected]. I want inquire whether my degree is valid or not.
I handed over my thesis to registrar of CMJ University (Ms. Manjit). So I am doubtful of the validity of my degree as mine is a transferred case from dravidian university. All of this is guided by Mr. Prashant from Balaji Aastha Educational and welfare society, DAV Model School, Sector 15B, Chandigarh.
