Cnbc Awaaz — Jiomart updates my undelivered order as delivered

I placed an order on 17-July-20. This order was never ever delivered to me but displays as Delivered in my account portal. I reported about this issue through call center as well as escalating to their customer head division through email but none of the channels have taken any action on my grievance.
